  • Ticket Submission: All new service ticket requests must be filled out using the following Google Forms link: https://forms.gle/nbNJoYemXcA76Z8RA
    Please do NOT submit tickets through any other channels. To help us process your requests as quickly and efficiently as possible, please ensure the form is completed with:

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • The location of the problem within the store.

    • Any relevant details or observations.

    • At least three (3) photos of the issue.

  • Ticket Creation: Our support team will create the official service ticket within Service Channel based on the information provided in your form submission.

  • Updates and Tracking: You can track the progress of your requests, view updates, and see timelines by logging into Service Channel using your store-specific credentials.
